Big Boy Tyler

It's been a big weekend for Tyler!  He had his preschool graduation on Friday.  Five years ago, I would have never guessed that I'd be tearing up over a bunch of 5 year old kids singing "I Believe I Can Fly," but it did happen!  He looked super cute in his cap and gown, but couldn't wait to get it off after all the festivities were over. :)  We had a special lunch with just him and one of his friends (and his parents), then he got to pick out a special toy at Target.  He even wanted to get something for Graham too so he wouldn't feel left out.

This is Tyler with Mackenna and Carter, two of his best friends at school.

I also happen to work with Carter and Mackenna's moms, and we were all pregnant at the same time.  Hard to believe all these little babies are getting ready to head off to kindergarten!

Tyler also learned how to ride his bike without training wheels today!  We took them off last weekend, but he wasn't quite getting it.  (We actually thought he'd pick it up right away, but he was a little more timid than we expected.)  Today we tried again, and he did it!  He's so proud of himself.



Graham was a great help motivating Tyler to ride faster and drawing "finish lines" at the bottom of the road.
