Beach bums

We just got back from about 4 days away at Sunset Beach.  We had a house right on the water, great weather, great friends, and plenty of (unhealthy) snacks to keep all the kids happy and drinks to keep the parents happy (and sane).  It was an awesome weekend! 

These guys couldn't wait to hit the water, even though it was COLD!  They could have stayed out there all day.

Graham was NOT a fan of the water.  Anytime he would get close, he would run away screaming and crying.

Tyler and Charlie were best friends.

Graham was happy just sitting in his chair eating goldfish.

He did actually enjoy playing on the beach, as long as he was far away from the water.

Learning how to play horseshoes.

Both boys loved flying their kites (from the dollar section at Target...these things didn't last long).

We had to bribe the kids with ice cream to get a group picture.

Graham's first time in a big-boy bed and the first time the boys have slept together.  They loved it!  We had to calm them down a few times since there seemed to be lots of giggling and wrestling at bedtime, but it overall went really well.

Tyler had a blast "surfing" and "doing wipeouts."
