Wild West

We just got back from a fun family vacation to Jackson Hole, WY.  It was definitely not a relaxing vacation since we had two wild boys with us, but it was definitely fun!  We all really enjoyed the scenery, weather, and views.  Tyler said he wanted to stay in Wyoming.  Mommy and daddy agreed!

Walking through the airport, ready to go.  They've both been on an airplane before, but neither remember it.  They were so excited!

Made it to Jackson!

Beautiful sunsets every night.

Buffalo-the first animals we saw.

Our 2 mile hike around Jenny Lake.  The boys did well (overall).  It was a bit much for them and Tyler said his legs hurt at the end.  They enjoyed the ferry ride back across the lake!

Getting ready for our evening river ride.  The boys spent a lot of time on this trip throwing rocks into the water.

Graham did enjoy it, despite how he looks in this picture.

Getting ready to head out to breakfast.  We were very lucky to be staying within walking distance of everything in town.

Top of Teton Village at 10,000 feet.

This is Adam's favorite pose.

Beautiful!!

We spent a long day (11 hours in and out of the car) driving through all of Yellowstone.  The boys were DONE by the end of the day.  (And mommy was too-waaaaaayyyyy too much whining going on in that car.)

We spotted a herd of elk on the way out.

Waiting patiently for Old Faithful.

We stopped for a picnic lunch.

This is the reality of trying to get pictures taken with the timer!  I got a workout that day running back and forth from the darn camera.

We saw tons of buffalo in Yellowstone.  Right in the road!

More buffalo.

Moose!

There was a great playground right down the road from us.

Tetons.

Tyler was not impressed with Yellowstone.

Graham loved the "escalators."  This could have been the highlight of the trip for him.
