Tyler is 4!

I'm having a hard time believing that my little boy is 4 years old!  It seems like yesterday that we were waiting for him to finally come and then had to force him out after almost 42 weeks of baking.  And that stubbornness is still part of him today!.  He is also very smart, inquisitive, athletic, rough, silly, and loving too. He says "being 4 is really big, and I can teach Graham all kinds of things now."  Um, yeah, how to wrestle, jump off things, and how to talk about poop. (The other day he said "I'm gonna go upstairs and I'm gonna burp, then I'm gonna toot."  Yes, he is all boy.)   He has decided that he doesn't want to take naps anymore as of the past month or so.  This is fine, except for the fact that he often decides to rearrange his room while he is in there for "quiet time."  He usually isn't very quiet, which I think he does purposely since he knows if Graham wakes up then he can come out of his room.  He knows how to write all his letters and is learning to spell lots of words too.
We celebrated Tyler's birthday at our favorite park with a few friends.  He was worn out after running around!

He couldn't wait to open up all his presents on his actual birthday.

Transformers and superheroes were the big hit this year.  It's a good thing that daddy is so smart, because mommy can't figure the things out.

Birthday waffle.  He thought this was hilarious.

Happy 4th birthday, big boy!  We love you so much.
